Annexin IV (ANX4)는 칼슘 의존성 인지질 결합 단백질인 annexin 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 패밀리의 여러 구성원은 세포막 관련 과정, 특히 외포 및 내포 경로에서의 역할과 관련이 있습니다. ANX4는 다른 annexin 단백질들과 45~59%의 서열 유사성을 가지며, 유사한 크기와 엑손-인트론 구조를 보유합니다. 인간 태반에서 분리되었으며, ATP 결합 및 인산지질분해효소 A2 억제 활성, 항응고 활성을 나타냅니다. 주로 상피세포에서 발현됩니다.
