Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NAD-dependent 17-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase with highest activity towards estradiol and very low activity towards testosterone.
The heterotetramer with CBR4 exhibits NADH-dependent 3-ketoacyl-acyl carrier protein reductase activity and may play a role in mitochondrial fatty acid biosynthesis.
