Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.
Recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
UBXN10 is a VCP/p97 binding protein required for ciliogenesis. It acts as a tethering factor facilitating recruitment of VCP/p97 to the intraflagellar transport complex B (IFT-B) in cilia.
UBX domain-containing proteins serve as tethering factors for VCP/p97 and may specify substrate specificity of VCP/p97.
