Target Information
Rh+ 태아의 적혈구가 Rh- 산모의 혈액으로 유입될 경우, 산모에서 Rh 반응성 항체가 형성될 수 있습니다. 이후 Rh+ 태아에서 이러한 항체가 태반을 통해 전달되어 용혈성 빈혈을 유발할 수 있습니다.
성인에서도 태아 헤모글로빈을 포함한 적혈구(F cells)가 발견되며, 유전적 원인에 의해 높은 수준의 F cells을 가지는 경우가 있습니다. 이러한 상태는 Hereditary Persistence of Fetal Hemoglobin으로 알려져 있으며, 겸상적혈구빈혈, 지중해빈혈 등 다양한 유전성 빈혈 질환에서도 F cell 증가가 보고됩니다.
