Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PRKD2 (PKD2) belongs to the protein kinase D serine/threonine protein kinase family.
It is involved in signal transduction pathways induced by phorbol esters and the CCKb gastrin receptor.
PRKD2 shows strong homology with PKD/PKC and PKCnu, especially in the zinc finger-like cysteine-rich motif, pleckstrin homology domain, and kinase domain.
It shows low sequence similarity to other PKC family members.
