Target Information
T-bet (TBX21)은 T세포 특이적 전사인자로, 단일 T-box DNA 결합 도메인을 포함합니다. TH1 사이토카인인 인터페론 감마의 발현을 조절하며, Th1 및 Th17 세포의 분화와 면역 조절, 자가면역 질환 발달에 관여합니다. T-bet은 Stat4와 협력하여 Th1 유전자 발현을 위한 크로마틴 구조를 프로그래밍합니다. 또한, T-bet의 유전적 변이는 아스피린 유도 천식 및 비강 용종의 감수성과 관련이 있습니다.
