Brevibacillus Expression System II를 이용한 단백질 발현 예시

다양한 유래(세균, 고세균, 진핵생물)의 효소, 항원, 사이토카인 등에서 높은 발현 수준이 확인되었습니다. 특히 진핵 단백질은 활성 유지에 이황화 결합이 중요하므로 일반적인 원핵 발현 시스템에서는 생산이 어렵지만, Brevibacillus 시스템은 분비형 발현의 장점을 통해 활성 단백질 생산이 가능합니다.
