ARHGAP29를 모집하여 RhoA 신호를 억제하고, ROCK 및 MYH9 활성을 낮춤으로써 내피세포의 세포골격 및 부착을 조절합니다.
또한 Golgi에 결합된 HRAS 및 유사 단백질의 효과기로 작용할 수 있으며, HRAS 매개 세포 변형을 촉진할 수 있습니다.
