Target Information
This gene interacts with Nck and may be involved in downstream signaling of Nck. It shares similarity with the mouse Dhm1 and yeast dhp1 genes, which are involved in homologous recombination and RNA metabolism such as RNA synthesis and trafficking. Complementation studies indicate that Dhm1 in mouse has a similar function to dhp1 in yeast. The function of the human gene has not yet been determined. Transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted, but their full-length sequences are not yet known.
