Target Information
RASSF7 단백질은 스트레스 유도 JNK 활성화 및 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 억제하며, MAP2K7 인산화를 촉진하고 JNK 활성화를 방해합니다. 장기적인 스트레스 조건에서는 ubiquitin-proteasome 경로를 통해 RASSF7 단백질이 분해되어 항-apoptotic 효과가 중단됩니다. 또한, RASSF7은 AURKB 활성화 및 세포 분열 중 염색체 배열(congression)에 필수적이며, 미세소관 중합을 촉진합니다. [UniProt]
