Specificity: Oncogenic protein Her-2/neu (erbB-2), a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor family. It is overexpressed in approximately 30% of invasive breast cancers, 70% of ductal carcinomata in situ, and in a subset of melanomas and other malignancies originating from ovary, kidney, colon, and bladder.
