ITGB8 (Integrin beta 8)은 integrin beta chain 계열에 속하는 단일 통과형(type I) 막 단백질로, VWFA 도메인과 네 개의 시스테인 풍부 반복 서열을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 alpha 서브유닛과 비공유 결합하여 이합체 integrin 복합체를 형성하며, 세포-세포 및 세포-세포외기질 상호작용을 매개합니다. 이 복합체는 인간 기도 상피세포 증식에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되었으나, 모든 변이가 완전히 특성화된 것은 아닙니다.
