Target Information
ERI1은 RNA exonuclease로서 히스톤 mRNA의 3'-말단에 결합하여 분해를 유도하며, 복제 후 히스톤 mRNA decay에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. 또한 siRNA의 3'-overhang을 분해할 수 있어 RNA interference 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 5'-ACCCA-3' 서열이 포함된 stem-loop 구조에 결합이 필요하며, 5.8S rRNA 3'-말단 처리에도 관여합니다. 복제 의존적 히스톤 pre-mRNA의 stem-loop 구조에 높은 친화도로 결합합니다.
