The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
TUSC2 (tumor suppressor candidate 2), also known as FUS1, LGCC or PDAP2, is a 110 amino acid protein highly expressed in kidney, pancreas, lung, heart, and skeletal muscle. It functions as a tumor suppressor by inducing G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, thereby inhibiting tumor growth.
The TUSC2 gene is located on human chromosome 3, which contains over 1,100 genes, including several cancer-related loci such as RASSF1, HYAL1, and SEMA3B.
