Target Information
TIAM1은 RHO 유사 단백질의 활성을 조절하며, 세포외 신호를 세포골격 활동과 연결하는 역할을 합니다. GDP-dissociation stimulator로 작용하여 RHO-like GTPases의 GDP-GTP 교환 활성을 촉진하고, RAC1, CDC42를 활성화하며 RHOA를 부분적으로 활성화합니다. 정상적인 세포 부착 및 이동에 필수적입니다.
