Product Specific Information

The monoclonal mouse IgG1 kappa immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control.
This P3.6.2.8.1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and tested on mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Brilliant Violet™ 605 (BV605) is a tandem dye emitting at 605 nm, suitable for cytometers equipped with a 405 nm violet laser. Ensure instrument compatibility.

When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific interactions.

Light sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
Fixation: Samples can be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark using IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333-54).
Brilliant Violet™ 605 is not compatible with methanol-based fixation.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It plays a key role in the adaptive immune response through opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is widely used in ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
