Target Information
ZAP-70은 Syk 단백질 계열에 속하는 세포질 단백질 티로신 키나아제로, T세포와 자연살해세포(NK 세포)에 특이적으로 발현됩니다.
T세포 수용체(TCR) 자극 시, ZAP-70은 SH2와 kinase 도메인 사이의 interdomain B 영역에 위치한 티로신 292, 315, 319에서 인산화됩니다.
- 티로신 315(Vav 결합 부위)와 319(Lck 결합 부위)의 인산화는 림프구 신호전달을 강화합니다.
- 티로신 292의 인산화는 일시적 활성화를 종료시켜 신호를 약화시킵니다.
