Target Information
ACSM1은 중쇄 지방산:CoA 리가아제 활성을 가지며, C(4)~C(11) 범위의 산 및 해당 3-hydroxy-, 2,3- 또는 3,4-불포화산에 작용합니다 (in vitro).
이 단백질은 GTP 의존적 리포에이트 활성화 효소로 작용하여 lipoyltransferase의 기질을 생성합니다.
