Target Information
SRPK1 is a serine/threonine kinase involved in regulating both constitutive and alternative splicing by controlling the intracellular localization of splicing factors. It localizes to the nucleus and cytoplasm. An alternatively spliced transcript variant has been described, though its full-length nature has not been determined.
