Target Information
NIPSNAP 단백질은 진화적으로 잘 보존된 단백질 군으로, C. elegans 염색체 III 상의 NIP 도메인과 SNAP25 유사 단백질 사이 영역에 해당하는 부분과 높은 서열 유사성을 보입니다.
NIPSNAP2는 티로신 인산화 부위와 막관통 도메인을 가진 단백질을 암호화하며, 교모세포종의 약 40%에서 EGFR과 함께 증폭됩니다.
NIPSNAP3B는 골격근에서 높게 발현되며, NIPSNAP3A는 낮은 수준의 mRNA 발현을 보입니다. NIPSNAP3A 단백질은 세포막과 raft 부분에 부분적으로 위치하며, 소포 수송 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
