Antibody detects endogenous levels of total CHML.
Target Information
Binds unprenylated Rab proteins, presents them to the catalytic component B, and remains bound after the geranylgeranyl transfer reaction. Component A may be regenerated by transferring its prenylated Rab to a protein acceptor. Less effective than REP-1 in supporting prenylation of Rab3 family.
