Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

이 유전자는 에스트로겐 반응성 유전자로 확인되었습니다. 에스트로겐 수용체는 이 유전자의 5' 조절 영역에 존재하는 에스트로겐 반응 요소에 결합하여 전사를 조절합니다. 이 단백질은 다양한 암에서 높은 빈도로 발현되는 종양 관련 항원입니다. 5' UTR이 다른 두 가지 전사 변이체가 확인되었으며, 모두 동일한 단백질을 암호화합니다.
