R1-2 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD49d, 즉 150 kDa integrin α4 서브유닛과 반응합니다. CD49d는 integrin β1(CD29)과 비공유 결합하여 VLA-4 복합체를 형성하며, fibronectin 및 VCAM-1(CD106)의 수용체로 작용합니다. 이 복합체는 흉선세포, 말초 림프구, 단핵구 및 호산구에서 발현됩니다. 또한 CD49d는 integrin β7과 결합하여 MAdCAM-1과 상호작용합니다.

Applications Tested: Mouse splenocytes 분석에 사용됨 (≤1 µg/test).
테스트는 100 µL 최종 부피에서 세포 샘플을 염색할 수 있는 항체량을 정의하며, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 실험적으로 결정됩니다. 최적 성능을 위해 항체를 신중히 적정할 것을 권장합니다.
