Product #35502 has been successfully used in Western blot, IF, ICC, IHC, IP, and FACS applications.
This antibody reacts with the heavy chains of mouse IgG and with the light chains common to most mouse immunoglobulins, but does not react against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species may occur.

Store protected from light at 4°C until opened. To extend shelf life, add an equal volume of glycerol to reach ~50% final concentration and store at -20°C.
DyLight 488 Amax = 493 nm; Emax = 518 nm. Mole Dye/Mole Protein Ratio is lot-dependent.
