Target Information
IL-1 receptor associated kinases (IRAKs)는 Toll/IL-1 신호 경로에 관여하는 serine/threonine kinase입니다. IRAK-4의 과발현은 NF-kappa-B 및 MAPK 경로를 활성화시키며, IRAK-4는 IRAK-1과 상호작용하고 이를 인산화합니다. IRAK-4 결핍 동물은 LPS 자극에 완전히 저항성을 보이며, 바이러스 및 세균 감염에 대한 반응이 손상됩니다. IRAK/Pelle 계열 단백질은 IL-1R/TLR 매개 염증 반응 및 선천 면역에서 중심적인 역할을 합니다.
