Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Sorbitol dehydrogenase (SORD) catalyzes the interconversion of polyols and their corresponding ketoses.
Together with aldose reductase (ALDR1), it participates in the reduction of glucose to sorbitol using NADPH as a cofactor, and SORD subsequently oxidizes sorbitol to fructose using NAD⁺.
