Target Information
Sorcin은 198개의 아미노산으로 구성된 용해성 칼슘 결합 세포질 단백질로, penta-EF hand (PEF) 계열에 속하며 4개의 EF-hand 칼슘 결합 모티프를 포함합니다. 인간 Sorcin은 햄스터 Sorcin과 95%의 서열 동일성을 가지며, Annexin VII, cardiac ryanodine receptor, L-type Ca²⁺ 채널과 결합하여 세포 내 칼슘 항상성에 영향을 줍니다. 심장과 골격근의 흥분-수축 과정 중 Ca²⁺ 순환과 유입 조절에 중요하며, 다약제 내성(MDR) 세포에서 과발현되어 세포사멸 경로를 조절하고 AML 예후 마커 및 항-MDR 약물 개발의 표적으로 연구됩니다.
