Target Information
IL4 Receptor alpha (IL4RA)는 인터루킨-4 수용체의 알파 사슬로, IL-4 및 IL-13과 결합하여 IgE 생산, 케모카인 및 점액 생성을 조절합니다. IL-4 반응은 Th2 분화를 촉진하며, 분비형 IL4R 알파(sIL4R alpha)는 IL-4 매개 세포 증식 및 T세포의 IL-5 상향 조절을 억제할 수 있습니다. 이는 신호전달 기능이 없으며, IL4RA 유전자의 대립유전자 변이는 알레르기 비염, 부비동염, 천식 또는 습진과 같은 아토피 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
