Rat IgG2b kappa 단일클론 항체(eB149/10H5)는 등형 대조군으로 사용됩니다.
이 항체는 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에 적합하며, 인간 말초혈액과 마우스 골수세포를 대상으로 시험되었습니다. 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용하십시오.

Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 615 (BUV615)은 615 nm에서 방출되는 탠덤 형광체로, 355 nm UV 레이저를 사용하는 세포분석기에 적합합니다.
두 개 이상의 Brilliant Ultra Violet™, Brilliant Violet™, Super Bright 또는 기타 폴리머 형광체를 함께 사용할 경우, Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) 또는 Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (00-4409-75) 사용을 권장합니다.

주의사항

• 빛에 민감하므로 시료 및 바이알은 반드시 차광 보관하십시오.
• 고정 시 IC Fixation Buffer (00-8222-49) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (00-5333-54)을 사용할 수 있습니다.
  고정 후 4°C, 암소에서 최대 3일까지 안정적으로 유지됩니다.
