Target Information

Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B is an enzyme encoded by the NME2 gene in humans. It forms a hexamer with the A isoform (encoded by NME1). Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same isoform have been identified. Co-transcription of NME1 and NME2 generates naturally occurring fusion transcripts (NME1-NME2) that encode a fusion protein sharing identity with each individual gene product.
