Target Information
Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with dual specificity for cAMP and cGMP, key regulators of many physiological processes. Plays an important role in growth and invasion of malignant melanoma cells (e.g., pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) cell line) (PubMed:24705027).
