Target Information
ACR (Acrosin)는 성숙한 정자의 아크로솜에 존재하는 주요 단백질분해효소로, 트립신 유사 특이성을 가진 세린 단백질분해효소입니다. 전구체 형태인 프로아크로신(proacrosin)으로 저장되며, 활성 효소는 난자의 투명대(zona pellucida)를 용해시켜 정자가 난자 내부로 침투할 수 있도록 돕습니다. 프로아크로신 mRNA는 감수분열 이후 단계의 정자형성 과정에서만 합성되며, 인간에서는 단일배체 정자세포에서 처음으로 발현됩니다.
