HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag)는 다양한 세포 유형에서 유전자 산물의 위치를 확인하고, 단백질 및 단백질 복합체의 구조를 연구하며, 관련 단백질을 식별하거나 새롭게 발견된 저농도 또는 면역원성이 낮은 단백질을 특이 항체 없이 특성화할 수 있도록 하는 에피토프 태그입니다.
HA (hemagglutinin)는 인플루엔자 헤마글루티닌에서 유래한 표면 당단백질로, 기능 분석을 위한 단백질 식별 및 정제를 돕기 위해 태그로 흔히 사용됩니다. HA tag 항체는 태그된 단백질의 검출 또는 공동 면역침전(co-immunoprecipitation)에 활용될 수 있습니다.
