HA (hemagglutinin)는 인플루엔자 헤마글루티닌에서 유래한 표면 당단백질로, 기능 분석을 위한 단백질 식별 및 정제를 돕기 위해 태그로 흔히 사용됩니다. HA tag 항체는 태그된 단백질의 검출 또는 공동 면역침전(co-immunoprecipitation)에 활용될 수 있습니다.
