Product Specific Information
- 사용 전 4°C에서 보관하며, 장기 보관 시 분주 후 -20°C 이하에서 냉동 보관하십시오.
- 동결과 해동을 반복하지 마십시오.
- 상온에서 방치 후 용액이 완전히 투명하지 않으면 원심분리하십시오.
- 희석은 사용 직전에 수행하십시오.
- 본 제품은 4°C에서 수 주간 안정합니다.
이 항체는 단일특이 항혈청으로부터 탈지, 염 분획, 이온교환 크로마토그래피 및 투석 과정을 거쳐 정제된 IgG 분획 항체입니다.
면역전기영동 분석 결과 anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, 그리고 정제 및 부분 정제된 Elastase (Porcine Pancreas)에 대해 단일 침전 아크를 형성하였습니다.
다른 조직 및 종의 Elastase에 대한 교차 반응성은 보고되지 않았으며, 구체적으로 확인되지 않았습니다.
Target Information
Elastases는 elastin을 포함한 다양한 단백질을 가수분해하는 세린 프로테아제(subfamily)입니다.
인간은 구조적으로 유사한 6개의 elastase 유전자를 보유하며, 각각 elastase 1, 2, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B 단백질을 암호화합니다.
