Goats were immunized with HA (YPYDVPDYA) conjugated to KLH. The antibody was isolated by affinity chromatography using the peptide immobilized on solid support.
Target Information
HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag used to localize gene products in various cell types, study protein topology and complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize newly identified or low-abundance proteins when specific antibodies are unavailable.
HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza hemagglutinin and is commonly expressed as a tag to aid in identification and purification of tagged proteins for functional analysis.
HA tag antibodies can facilitate protein detection or co-immunoprecipitation of tagged proteins.
