Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets. Secondary antibodies provide increased versatility and sensitivity by allowing multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled human immunoglobulins and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
