Target Information
Heregulin beta-1은 ERBB3 및 ERBB4 tyrosine kinase receptor의 직접 리간드로 작용하며, ERBB1 및 ERBB2 코리셉터를 동시에 모집하여 ERBB 수용체의 tyrosine phosphorylation 및 활성화를 유도합니다.
다양한 isoform은 상피, 신경교, 신경, 골격근 세포의 성장 및 분화를 유도하고, 신경근접합 형성 시 synaptic vesicle 내 acetylcholine receptor 발현을 촉진합니다. 또한 유방선의 lobuloalveolar budding 및 젖 생산을 자극하고, 유방 종양 세포의 분화를 유도하며, Schwann 세포 증식을 촉진합니다. 심근 발달 과정에서 trabeculation에 관여하며, isoform 10은 운동 및 감각 신경 발달에 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
