Target Information
Pleiotrophin (PTN) is an 18 kDa secreted heparin and chondroitin-binding protein that functions as a regulatory cytokine essential for early development of blood vessels and neurons. Elevated PTN serum levels are associated with various solid tumors and multiple myeloma, while expression in normal adult tissues is limited.
