Target Information
CDK13/cyclin K serine/threonine kinase is a dimeric protein complex.
CDK13 belongs to the cyclin-dependent serine/threonine protein kinase family, which plays essential roles as master regulators in cell cycle control.
Although the exact function of CDK13 has not been fully determined, it may be involved in mRNA processing and hematopoiesis regulation.
Cyclin K, a member of the transcription cyclin family, may regulate transcription through activation of CDKs that phosphorylate the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II.
