Target Information

Neuropeptide B는 orphan G protein coupled receptor GPR7의 내인성 리간드입니다. NPB와 GPR7은 쥐 시상하부 내에서 근접하게 존재하며, 신경내분비 기능을 조절하는 역할을 합니다. NPB 면역반응성은 시상하부의 여러 영역에서 풍부하게 관찰되며, 특히 GPR7 mRNA가 높은 수준으로 존재하는 ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus, dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus, arcuate nucleus, supraoptic retrochiasmatic nucleus, zona incerta 하방 영역에서 발견됩니다.
