Target Information
CD48 (Blast-1)는 Ig superfamily의 CD2 subset에 속하며, CD2, CD58, CD84, CD150, CD229, CD244 등과 상호작용하는 접착 분자입니다.
CD48은 GPI-anchored 단백질로 혈액 생성 세포에서 널리 발현되며, 2B4의 고친화성 리간드이자 CD2의 저친화성 리간드로 작용합니다.
2B4-CD48 상호작용은 NK 세포 및 NK-T 세포의 증식 조절에 관여하며, CD48 신호전달은 호산구 활성화를 유도합니다.
CD48은 림프구와 단핵구에서 강하게, 과립구에서 약하게 발현되며, 혈소판, 섬유아세포, 상피 및 내피에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
PNH(발작성 야간 혈색소뇨증) 환자에서 GPI 앵커 구조 결함을 탐지하는 마커로 사용되며, 알레르기성 기도 질환의 병태생리에 관여할 수 있습니다.
또한 알레르기성 비염 및 천식 치료의 잠재적 약리학적 표적이 될 수 있습니다.
