Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Upregulation of endoglin expression occurs in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, indicating it as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker.
CD105 binds TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity but not TGF-β2.
