Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Druggable CRISPR Library

The award-winning Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Druggable Genome Library targets 10,132 human genes, with up to 4 gRNAs per gene target (pooled in a single well), for a total of 40,512 gRNAs.

Libraries are delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles per gene target, with an average titer of 1 × 10⁸ TU/mL (functional titer determined by antibiotic resistance), and are also available as glycerol stocks (Cat. No. A32184).

This library is ideal for identifying potential therapeutic targets involved in disease development and progression. Gene targets were selected using the latest genome databases, including NCBI RefSeq, and cross-referenced with Gene Ontology (GO) and HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC) databases.

LentiArray CRISPR libraries are constructed using Thermo Fisher Scientific’s proprietary CRISPR gRNA design algorithm, which integrates the latest research and in-house expertise to ensure:

Design and Execute Your Experiments Without Limitations

LentiArray CRISPR libraries utilize a two-vector design, expressing Cas9 nuclease and gRNA on separate lentiviral constructs.
This gives you full control over:

  • Timing and method of genome editing tool delivery
  • Establishment of stable Cas9-expressing cell lines

Cas9 Lentivirus Construct:

  • Human codon-optimized Cas9 nuclease
  • Blasticidin-resistance gene
  • EF-1α (EFS) promoter

Researchers can co-infect cells with both Cas9 and gRNA lentiviruses or use Cas9 alone to generate stable cell lines.

To maximize flexibility, gRNA lentiviruses do not contain fluorescent markers, allowing the use of any reporter wavelength and enabling multiplexed experiments.
For challenging cell lines, gRNA lentiviruses include a puromycin resistance gene for selection and enrichment of edited cells.
