Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MAGEA3 gene belongs to the MAGEA gene family, whose members share 50–80% sequence identity. Variability in promoters and first exons suggests differential transcriptional regulation of similar functions.
These genes are located on chromosome Xq28 and have been linked to certain hereditary disorders such as dyskeratosis congenita.
