Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of mouse antibodies. Secondary antibodies offer versatility across detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
