Target Information

Anti-Human 2차 항체는 사람 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 분류, 정제에 유용합니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다. 일반적으로 숙주 동물에 대상 종의 면역글로불린을 면역하여 생산하며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등으로 추가 정제 및 변형이 가능합니다.
