Target Information
CD321 (F11R, JAM-1, JAM-A)는 Ig superfamily에 속하는 세포 표면 접착 단백질입니다.
32–41 kDa의 당단백질로 두 개의 extracellular Ig-like domain, transmembrane 영역, 짧은 cytosolic tail을 가집니다.
CD321은 세포막에서 homodimer로 존재하며 integrin 등 다른 막 단백질과 상호작용합니다.
백혈구, 혈소판, 적혈구, 줄기세포, 상피 및 내피세포 등 다양한 세포에서 발현되며, 세포 간 접촉 매개 역할을 합니다.
또한 ZO-1, occludin 등 tight junction 구성 요소와 밀접하게 위치하며, 상피 및 내피 장벽 유지, 조혈, 혈관신생, 종양 증식 및 전이에 관여합니다.
