Target Information
SHARPIN은 LUBAC 복합체의 구성 요소로, 기질에 선형 폴리유비퀴틴 사슬을 결합시켜 NF-κB 활성화 및 염증 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
LUBAC은 IKBKG 및 RIPK1에 선형 폴리유비퀴틴을 결합하여 canonical NF-κB 및 JNK 신호 경로를 활성화시키며, TNF 유도 세포사멸을 억제하여 염증을 방지합니다.
또한 FAM105B/otulin과 함께 혈관신생 과정에서 canonical Wnt 신호를 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
