Target Information
FBXO33는 (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex의 substrate recognition component로 작용하여 표적 단백질의 ubiquitination 및 proteasomal degradation을 매개합니다. FBXO33는 인산화된 표적 단백질을 인식하며 YBX1을 인식합니다.
F-box 단백질 패밀리의 구성원인 FBXO33는 약 40 아미노산 길이의 F-box 모티프를 특징으로 하며, SKP1, cullin, F-box 단백질로 구성된 SCF complex는 단백질-유비퀴틴 리가아제로 작용합니다. F-box 단백질은 F-box를 통해 SKP1과 상호작용하고, 다른 단백질 상호작용 도메인을 통해 ubiquitination 표적과 결합합니다.
