Target Information
Thrombospondin은 혈소판 α-granule에서 유래한 단백질로, 동일한 세 개의 서브유닛이 이황화 결합으로 연결되어 있습니다.
혈소판 활성화 및 응집 부위에서 분비되며, 백혈구, 섬유아세포, 평활근, 내피세포의 화학주성, 부착, 증식, 분화 과정에 관여합니다.
